To be eligible for the Capitec programme, you must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Must be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit ID.

Experience: Little to no prior formal work experience (less than 2 years).

Academic History: Must have completed a relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree, NQF Level 7) within the last 3 years with a minimum academic average of 60%.

Vetting: Must have a completely clear criminal and credit record.

Relocation: Willingness to work or relocate to where the roles are based—primarily Stellenbosch (Head Office), Century City (Western Cape), or Sandton (Gauteng).
