Key Requirements & Eligibility
To qualify for the 2027 intake, you must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid SA ID.

Academic Average: Minimum overall average of 65% for the current (2026) academic year.

Mathematics Requirement: Must have passed Pure Mathematics in Matric.
⚠️ Note: Applicants who took Mathematical Literacy do not qualify.

Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial need based on total household income.

Level of Study: Pursuing or planning to pursue your first undergraduate degree, diploma, or Honours qualification in 2027.
