To be eligible for selection, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4) completed within the last 5 years (2021–2025).
Academic Marks: Minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
Computer Skills: Advanced computer literacy.
Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed and must not have participated in a previous learnership.

Customer Interactions: Handling inbound and outbound customer queries, complaints, and requests.
Order Processing: Accurately capturing and confirming daily customer orders.
Sales Support: Introducing customers to new product lines, special promotions, and feature updates.
Communication: Liaising across internal departments to resolve customer issues.
