About the National Treasury WIL Programme 2026/27

The National Treasury is offering an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for 2026/27. This programme is aimed at N6 TVET College students who require practical workplace exposure to complete their qualifications.

The programme gives students an opportunity to combine theoretical learning with real workplace experience. This helps improve employability, workplace readiness, and professional competence.

Stipend and Duration

Successful candidates will receive a stipend of R79 911 per annum (all-inclusive).

The programme duration is 18 months.

  2. Asset & Liability Management WIL (X3 Posts) – Business Management
  3. Asset & Liability Management WIL (X3 Posts) – Marketing Management
  4. Asset & Liability Management WIL (X1 Post) – Office Administration
  5. Corporate Services WIL (X2 Posts) – ICT Records Management
  6. Corporate Services WIL (X2 Posts) – Human Resources Management

Minimum Requirements

To apply, candidates must have an N6 Certificate in the relevant field listed for each post.

These opportunities are specifically for TVET College students who need workplace experience to complete their qualifications.
