Key Responsibilities
Communication Support
Assist with preparing communication plans that support initiatives within the Advice & Investments business.
Support internal communication for advisors and frontline teams by creating clear and effective messaging.
Assist with stakeholder engagement by gathering input from relevant teams and coordinating approvals.
Marketing Support
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives within the Advice & Investments portfolio.
Assist with content development, including copywriting and research for marketing campaigns and materials.
Help maintain campaign schedules and content calendars while coordinating with internal teams.
Administrative And Project Support
- Track communication requests, project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes and project updates.
- Support procurement processes and vendor documentation where required.

Minimum Requirements
