AgriSETA Learnership 2025–2026: Agricultural Training Programme

The AgriSETA Learnership Programme 2025–2026 is a skills development opportunity designed for unemployed South Africans interested in building a career in the agriculture and farming industry.

The programme is funded by the Agriculture Sector Education and Training Authority and focuses on developing practical farming and agricultural management skills across South Africa.

Participants receive theoretical training and hands-on farm experience, which helps them gain recognised agricultural qualifications.

What Is an AgriSETA Learnership?

An AgriSETA learnership is a vocational training programme that combines classroom learning with practical workplace training on farms or agricultural businesses.

This type of training helps learners gain real experience in farming, crop production, livestock management, and agribusiness while studying toward a qualification recognised across South Africa.

Most programmes run for 12 to 24 months, depending on the specific agricultural qualification.
